Hello HouseHedz,
It's been a while since i've posted a mix but i hope when you hear this you feel it's been worth the wait.
I've delved deeper this time both in terms of Genre and Track selection. All tracks have that housey edge rather than the usual highs of my soulful sets.

To kick of we have "Messin with my mind" from the Thompson Project with The Layabouts fiddling the buttons to produce a tune that reminds me of a few of the Deep Dish tunes from the mid 90's that still sounds fresh today. Next we flow into "Poor People" QH's Epic soulful tune from a few years back but this time with a much deeper dubby edge. Next up is two tunes that seem to fit together very nicely, "Journey to the sun" in it's DF dub guise is smashing a few dancefloors that i've been on recently and i've added a nice little vocal to make it pop a little more mixed into KOT's fantastic but wrongly overlooked "Make Believe", with KOT's usual tiptop prodution and sublime vocals. Following this up we have a few of my Mashup's including "Just The Kinda House" which has been getting a lot of love from a load of my DJ friends and when you base a tune on Jimpster's "Just The Kind of Girl" there's no real surprise. Jimpster stars again with the achingly cool remix of Kasper Bjorke's Alcatraz, this tune is simply brilliant. Some absolute no-holds-barred stompers next up with "Rising Up" and a current favurite of mine although old "Take Me To The SKy" again a tune that seems to have been overlooked which is crazy in my opinion, these 2 tracks wreck dancefloors. Moving into the last few tracks most noteable an absolute classic amongst classics: "We Lift Our Hands In The Sactuary" Oji and Unas seminal deep gospel track. Rocco works his usual deep magic on "I Gave You Everything" utilising Rae's wonderful vocals. Next up is another of my recent favourites, the Afrocentrical "Uyangichomela" which i am really feeling right now (Listen carefully and you'll hear how to pronounce it). Finally is a track i played on my Monday night SOS Radio show which caused a bit of a stir, it's old but it's so good and so funky "We Fall Down" finishes the journey. Enjoy
